What is the purpose of your flop call. Are you looking to set-mine? Though you are getting the 20x rule, the villain is still quite short-stacked. Against someone so loose I'd rather get it in on PF.

btw, is the pfr 33 or 17? (you have both listed).

As played PF, I think the hand is really hard to know where you're at. I'd fold...

Preflop: I think the call is fine. There's not enough dead money to justify shoving here and we are not sure how loose/aggro BB is with his 3betting preflop due to the small sample size. Odds are too good to fold.

Flop: This is close, i think it's reasonable to call once and fold non spade Turns

call flop and when spade comes on the turn and he bets half the pot,should I call?

yes you should, then fold to further action. if he checks on a spade, check back and bet really small when checked to again on river (1/4 pot or something)
