Hey,

You can probably fold against his 4bet preflop. He seems to not reraise preflop without a strong hand and your 78s plays too poorly postflop in this situation.

As played pre, you cannot fold post and I think the best way to realise your equity and get some FE is to shove like you need. I only disagree with your preflop play. 78s is strong enough to call here IP as well, depending on his tendencies. I would rarely 3bet your hand here, unless it forces my opponent to put in more dead money into the pot.
