Might be ok if SB is 3betting a lot. CO is presumably capped and you should have fold equity + ok equity if you get called.

Haven't really seen this kind of play advocated by anyone since about 2010. I prefer flatting and looking to to hit a set multi-way.

Generally you don't want to flat PPs vs 3betters to set-mine 100b. It's close though, but just about a fold in most cases.

When a guy cold-calls vs 3bet and your overcall would make it 3-way, you get better direct odds and nearly always can call to set-mine.

Shoving small/mid pairs was popular in 2010 but died out when people realised it's very difficult to balance. (Not that balance is a huge issue at 25nl). Your shove very likely may be +EV, I just prefer flatting - I think it's easy enough to set-mine here 3-way and may have a slightly higher expectation that shoving, not to mention lower variance.
