How do you feel about your fold equity. This is the first thing to consider before attempting to bluff or semi bluff. Dont feel obliged to bluff OTR just because you have zero showdown value.

That's right but his stack indicates that he will chase 2 streets of draws. Meaning that he has hands like Q♠:J♠:; J♠:T♠:; Q♠:T♠: or worse in his range. So 3rd barrel wont be a mistake but yeah it's not a good idea to bluff such a players too often. Mostly thin value bet them.

You bet big enough on the flop. Villain folded weak hands (e.g. 33-55).
Therefore you should not continue betting on the turn. I think, check would be the best solution.
You could also make a standard 1/3 flop c-bet and 2/3 turn c-bet.
The action on the river depends on whether Villain folds Ax (Ax are a significant part of his range, usually about 70%).
If you're not sure, check behind.

Without any information I would check behind the river with in mind on NL2 random villains doesn't like to fold to often on basicly a blank river card.
