I think you should raise on flop (or at the latest on turn). Your hand is strong in BU vs SB and extremely vulnerable (to overcards).

As played, you have to call river. It is almost a blank and cost you little.

Why do we want to raise flop or turn if vs JJ+, AK we have 33-36%?

Because we don't want to see any of the 20 overcards hit (this is trivial, we'd might have to fold). Fold to a reraise.

What makes you think villain only 3-bets with nuts b t w? We are very solid favorites vs something like AK/AQ/AJ/KQ/TT+. Not unheard of.
