PF I'd bet $0.10.

On the flop I'd bet $0.18, the board is dry, no reason to protect, I'd just make a usual 2/3 of pot c-bet. (well, that's the amount I usually c-bet.)

On the turn I'd check behind for pot control, it's unlikely he's got the FD, so try to keep the pot smaller.

And call a reasonable river bet if he bets, or valuebet if he cheks.

I like a check behind on the turn and calling a river bet or betting the river for value.
