Yeah!
I can be totally wrong, but in kind of situation i think " if i have a Qx here i will lead? No. Because i think in this board the agressor pf will fire another barrel very often" The line of villain sounds so weird for me. Can he do this with some kind of FD and his trying to buy a river card?

You are 3b the UTG. He will not have that much FDs, you know.
But AQ is right there...

We are deep, and as played fold turn. I'd expect villain 4 betting QQ+ based as a standard. You will get AQ and FD calling most of the time and QQ less often, also QQ would be x/r flop in this case as is a scary scenario with 2 diamonds on board.
We block nut FDs so villains range shortens to AQ imo.
