AA - Easy fold?

Preflop: Hero is MP with A♥: A♠:
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.05, CO calls $0.05, BTN folds, SB calls $0.04, BB folds

Flop: ($0.17) 9♠: T♥: T♦: (3 players)
SB bets $0.02, Hero raises to $0.10, CO folds, SB raises to $3.80, Hero ???

I have seen some pretty crazy sudden jams on the flop in NL2. Seen it with anything from complete air, through JJ as over pair, to AK, then to AA. My AA blocks the AA/AK. MY thoughts are that he either has a 9 or a T. Only 9 hands on the villain and he hadn't played any of them. With either the 99 or Tx or maybe JJ++ we have 30% equity and the pot odds 47%, so unless there was a lot weaker cards in the range I don't think it is worth it looking at it now, but what do people think?

You may fold when that deep. Our hand postflop is not for big pot.

On this board folding is probably best vs a 3bet.
