You could size up the flop Cbet to like 40c to protect you're hand against draws, but the rest seems pretty standard.
River you could bet at least half pot as well for value. Backdoor flush or 53s seems unlikely. Off course if you would face a raise on the river I would most likely call as well.

Isn't checking the river option here? Like only hand I can imagine you can get value from is Qx trying to bluff catch, missed draws won't call, and if villain check raises you are in tough spot.

On turn I think I would either overbet or check.
Overbet because your strong Ax want to use this sizing. Check because with blockers to Ax you will probably get more by catching bluffs on river.
