Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: We can assume BTN is a fish when he just limps his BTN behind UTG which implies that his range can contain a lot of weaker hands (many of which are Ax or draws).

So yes, I think it's a mistake not to bet the river (and it can be a bet/fold of about $20).

As played his range is also very polarized (when he PSB river) and since all draws missed I think it's hard for us to fold AK there.
