this guy had 20 fold to 3 bets so i decide not to 3bet him ...
is this play correct if i know he will not fold or i should 3bet him

I like flatting AK in this spot, keeps in a lot of his range you have crushed, also disguises your hand and balances your SC/PP, however villain having a 20% fold to 3b shouldn't be a reason not to 3bet here with premiums, I'd stay away from 3betting light though. Try and consider SB/BB tendencies regarding flatting, I think it's a great flat if you have players in the blinds who have shown the tendency to squeeze light and take aggressive lines pre. Post flop I probably bet more on the turn just for added value.

Well, either way it's fine while you even have the position. But of course it's not a huge mistake to even 3bet since his 3bet calling range is going to be pretty wide and maybe even worse Ax hands. Nice hand overall!
