Hey there, been having a really hard time with AK, not sure if I should be double barreling there, or just check/calling the river for bluffs? Or just Check fold the river?

Pretty aggro villian 44/32

Hey Chowchow12,

A slightly stronger option will be to flat call preflop with AK vs a UTG opener.

Firing two barrels will often be fine, unless villain has a high FtFcbet in 3bet pots, in which case just firing one is good. It also depends on villains opening range and ft3bet stat - if he has a very tight range on the flop c/f may be preferable to betting.

As played river is c/f.
