If you put him on QQ-JJ, he would call. I would probably check and then I get probably good enough odds to call his push:D or 1/2 pot bet.

I'd check the turn. Given your read, he will definitiely call your bet and you are dog with 2 Overcards and the FD...

Hi aanty2000!

If he pushes all-in you can fold because you don't get the odds to call.

Good luck at the tables!

Isn´t folding too weak. He don´t push always with flush, but probably with JJ, QQ. But I quess that even JJ we don´t get good enough odds:(

That's correct. Even if we know that he has JJ we would have to fold.

Good luck at the tables!

Why?
If we put him on JJ we have 17 outs (9x , 3x3, 3xK, 2xA) -> odds are 30/17 = 1,76:1 and pot odds are 3:1 so easy call for me.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You only have 15 outs because other wise you would double count the K  and 3 .
Given that you have 31 cards which don't help you and 15 cards which help you, hence odds of 2.07:1. The pot odds are 26.80:13.70 or 1.96:1. That means it's close but it's a fold.

Good luck at the tables!

Looks like a call to me.

Given this range, you have a close call. You won't make much profit, as you also have to pay the rake if you win and you will strongly increase your variance with such break even equity scenarios. However, I don't understand why you choose this range. He may also raise/call from CO with SCs, smaller pockets and even AA/KK...

Theres still a small chance villain has crap and will fold tho. but still its variance+++

I just gave the player a tight range to show that the fold is not that obvious. I think we have more equity against the average micro donk but I have been known to be wrong on a couple of occasions. When I first looked at it I thought a clear fold but now im not that certain.

It will sound stupid because I do not want to argue with teacher but let's count outs here. :)
I have to admit I made two mistakes (was to early for poker brainstorming):

It is not
"If we put him on JJ we have 17 outs (9x  , 3x3, 3xK, 2xA) -> odds are 30/17 = 1,76:1 and pot odds are 3:1 so easy call for me".

But
If we put him on JJ we have 17 outs (9x  , 3x3, 2xK, 3xA) -> odds are 29/17 -> 46 cards left= 1,71:1 and pot odds are 3:1 so easy call for me.

Actually it is 17 cause I already discounted 3  (3 :diamond: came later on the board)

About pot odds - you are right...but still -> call :).

I agree with you here. Whatever two cards he is playing, we have 17 outs to improve our hand, and at least half of these are the nuts. It just depends how much we have to discount our remaining outs in case our improvement still leaves us with the second best hand.
