I´d fold, when the second guys calls the raise. We have Ad, so they are less likely to draw for flush, which means, they have more hands, that beats us.

I'm not sure what is the best move here. MP's hand looks strong when he calls the raise, but only realistic hand that beats us is TT imo.
I think folding is fine but I don't hate shove either. TPTK with backdoor draws might be strong enough at NL2 if the population plays that kind of hands.

Too bad we don’t have any reads or stats on both players, but with a mid-stack in I would most likely Cbet smaller. This way we didn’t get committed if he shoves on us, but even then I think it’s difficult to fold with a MP that looks passive based on his play pre-flop and flop.

I considered having the Ad makes it less likely he'd have a draw but like la55i said it also gives me the backdoor outs.

In these spots one of villains usually holds set, board might pair (and this doesn´t happen so rarely as u might think). This also erases one of our outs, which is Kd. I wouldn´t really rely on backdoor flush draw there :).

When you face multiple opponents you may already be behind. Yes you have the backdoor but it is too small of opportunity.

There's one possibility that shouldn't be overlooked in the analysis. It might be that MP is a fish calling with a weak hand, or is drawing. You can then "get away" in the side pot versus him. Raising into empty side pots with a weakfish value hand is pretty common in well-played Omaha. You expect a likely caller that is drawing less well than he thinks, and is behind value-wise. You lose the (small-ish) main pot, but win the (big-ish) side pot.

Therefore, the worst option here is to call. You almost never win the main pot, and there is no side pot to win.

I'd just fold myself, as the raising play requires accurate reads. Just planting the idea.
