It would be nice if you give your own though process as well. This way you get most likely better feedback. I would most likely go for thin value on the river against an unknown, because I expect if he has worse he’s more likely to call then to bet the river.

I would bet for about 75-80% of pot on flop. Then 70-75% and X/c on the river. There is not much hand that will check you on the river but you may induce a bluff from opponent.

I agree with the bigger bet on flop and with the river xc.
Not much to gain with a bet.

I agree with betting bigger on the flop.
1/2 pot on the turn and 1/2 lead on the river.
We dont want to bet huge and have to fold to a raise, and we also want to keep his weaker holdings in.
