Hello ejietdirst00,

At some spots you may even not CBet the flop if he is looser player. People tend to limp PPs this way time to time and try to noting down those players. But of course he is not representing much but he may still be ahead and I wouldn't make the Call anyway on river with just A high, rather play as you did.
