Hello JoeRichy,

since you decided to check/raise flop your range looks really strong and if BTN shoves i think that means he has sets there most of the time. At least he represents them. What range do you think he has? Maybe we have her implied odds for another call or something but after he shoves i think we have to fold. Of course i am not very good player...just wanted to give my thoughts.

Hi,

Gave him some shove range:
board: 8d3c2c
Hand Equity Wins Ties
AcTc 42.57% 17,689 27
22,33,88,9c8c,8c7c,KcJc,99-AA 57.43% 23,864 27

I agree that moslty you´re seeing there sets, so fold would be better option.
If he is capable shoving flushdraws, then you can´t fold (but most NL 10 players would just b/c their flushdraws and only shoving sets)

best regards,

I tend to agree considering I play 10NL on Stars as well.

You will encounter players who are willing to shove with their flush draws in this kind of situations but until you see him do it and get that read it would be better to to just let these pots go and wait for better opportunities.

See you around!;)

We are showing much strength when x/raising vs 2. So after the shove we have to fold as we will face sets only.
