not sure what's going on here? weird fishy nuts? doesn't make sense for his value hands not to raise the flop really and he's not got KK here

Well, I didn't notice. This puts an entirely different complexion on the matter. Even if you don't have proper equity (if given he has top pair or set), there's still plenty of implied odds when you hit the straight.

We could provided the sizing should be bigger, I didn't mention 'coz i've already written that few times under mattyvx topics and it seems nothing has changed

I think if we bet this flop in this situation our cbet should be close to 100%. I mean, I don't see any point in cbetting here.
