Hello Holidej,

Preflop: Most likely I wouldn't be squeezing here in first place while being vs loose opponent in the hand. :) Rather just Call and play postflop and keep maybe even other bad players in the pot as BB. You wont really get called here from a lot worse hands even though the CO is loose nor of course rarely have much fold equity.

As played
Postflop: If you pick up such an action then of course not much to comment but assuming that we will rarely have much fold equity on the turn vs his calling range I'd still Bet myself and avoid him betting big. Although I'd also Bet the flop a bit smaller while it's 3bet pot, ~$1,6 max.
