Yeah, you have earned the license to go broke in this hand by 3betting preflop, I would not fold there on turn.

I will shove OTT. On this stakes..I mean not 31.5bb, but shove...He can call with one diamond in the hand. With something else...Also if he call OTT vs 35bb and this happens OTR, what you will do?

I would most likely size up multi way on NL2. If you Cbet a little bit less than pot size you doesn't need to over bet shove the turn. Even a 3bet pre-flop of around 14bb isn't to crazy out of position.
