Check back with nut flush?

A check back is fine, but a bet isn't to bad. I would most likely bet around 6bb.
It depends a little bit against what kind of villain you dealing with what the best approach is, but against a random villain a value bet on turn isn't bad.

Unfortunately I don't really have enough info on the players on NL5 so it just depends on what my intuition says. And what my hand does without asking my brain for instructions...

You could take this line (although rather 1/2 pot OTT) with any two cards (preferable with backdoor equity) you defend the BB with, IMO.
But I guess it's ok to do this for value as well.

overbetting has the highest EV here, as you want to build a big pot.

just bet large by default.

checking here on the turn and getting fancy only makes sense if you expect your opponent to
-get aggressive on the River after you check turn, by bluffing or overbetting very frequently
-call off a River bet that he would otherwise not have on the Turn

I think either of these two criteria are quite hard to meet vs the majority of players.

3bet or fold pre 100bb deep although i'm not sure whether flatting vs the 2bb raise is good or not tbh but as played i think it's ok imo.
