This'll teach me to think harder about what other players maybe holding. Think I have found one of the biggest leaks in my game.... The inability to lay down beaten big hands.

At this stakes they do the same with JJ or QQ so I'm not so sure it was a bad call. Maybe a coach could help us here :)

Hi,

I'm always calling that off, with a smile actually. It's not just JJ-QQ, you'll see people jam 99-TT in there as well and you can't know he's slowplaying AA when he first does that. Hell, sometimes you'll also encounter tournament people shoving stuff like 33/55-66 figuring you have overcards or something.

Don't beat yourself up over that. If you fold too much at microstakes with big hands, you're losing money as well.

Hope it helps.

if u just starting maybe u can start in lower limit then NL10 bankroll management is really important

good luck

Hi,

Playing poker is just a series of you asking yourself "why? how?" and answering those questions honestly. As soon as you feel uncomfortable about something, generally it means you don't truly understand what's going on, which is bad. Hence, just post everything you feel uncomfortable about, until those spots don't exist anymore.

Hope it helps.
