Disaster!

Tough to fold 2 pair on this flop. The only reasonable hand you lose against is KJ. You are blocking 55 and JJ. Also, most players would 3bet JJ and KK pre-flop. Off course his line looks extreme strong, but lucky for you it worked out in the end.

Hopefully you remove the outcome of the hand next time or put it in a spoiler. It could influence the feedback what you get.

Standard open but I don't understand your open size. You have the best position and you are stealing, you want to steal wide, so use a smaller sizing. 2bb would make a lot more sense than 4bb.
Turn card is quite bad because if he was raising as a bluff, he might have got there now. So maybe you could consider folding there.

My thought about this difficult hand.
Pre flop Bet size smaller.
Opponent read: You've played/saw he played how many hands? Would to consider how he play pos flop? Aggressive, Fit or Fold, etc,? Range flat call: 22-TT, Ax+, K9s+, Q9s+, KTo and so on.

What range he check raise on flop oop? somes K's or trips of J or 5 (less frequency as you have blockers)

Despite of this I think flop was OK.

Turn one good line was re-raise Shove (as you were commited) transforming your hand in a bluff of trips of 5 or quad. Don't forget that he could had flush draw (won't play aggro like that) or straight draw.

At any rate, playing very tight (preflop) is probably the way to go for awhile, until you are more comfortable with medium strength hands postflop.
