Bet a little bit larger on turn and push river, where you will have less than pot bet. I am talking about effective stacks.

if i bet large turn then he feels like stack commited.
Betting smaller puts another bet in pot in case he has a K and also lets him guessing if u bet river.
Maybe also makes him raise ???????????

If he is going to pay $0.60, he wil pay with $0.80-$1.00...

more on the turn, if he is commiting half of his stack to you by the turn then he will call more than $0.60. You would bet more with AK on the turn in this spot I hope in order to charge weaker Kings that likely think the 2 is a good card for them so if you have a competent opponent noting you trap with sets and continue half pot + with TPTK on dry boards they will quickly take advantage.

Don't like your flop raise.

i've raised him on dry flop previously and he folded.
now he is not folding anything

Call flop / call turn / push river. As played I don't see him folding on these runouts anything after the calling of the flop raise.

I agree with livethelife7. If he folded to flop raise on dry board before, then my conclusion would be that he is folding to flop raises on dry boards, so I wouldn't raise a hand like this one.
