Should I have raised the flop? Bet smaller on the turn? Even checked the turn to induce a bluff on the river?

Hey Money,

Nice hand, I would play the same way.

On the flop he can't really have a strong hand considering you have set of aces, so a slowplay is in place, but on the turn you have to value bet wether he has something or not. Unfortunately this time he didn't. Furthermore, if you check turn it's unlikely he will hit something by the river in case he has nothing.

EDIT: Just realized a halfpot bet on the turn would be more suitable since you're not looking for getting called by a strong hand.

Best regards,
