Hi everyone.
What do you think of how the hand above was played? I went a little out of my usual way of playing in this hand. I normally would fold pre-flop vs MP, but since the SB entered the hand and the bet wasn't that large, I called.

On the flop, I'm getting 2:1 pot odds to call, there's still a chance that MP will call and I may get more action on the turn. Besides I'll be in position vs the small blind. What do you think? Are you calling here? Of course, there's a chance that MP will re-raise, but I didn't think that was likely.

On the turn, after vilain checks, I decide to bet as a bluff given that I could still improve on the river. I took his check a demonstration of weakness and I think I was representing a strong hand.

Quite standard hand, except OTT I might just check behind.

Checking behind the turn seems better. If he shoves you have a hard time, but than you need to fold your draw.

If i knew the villain has a high cbet% otf and low ott i would play the same way.
If vs unknown um not sure If i would call OTF, i dont think that FDs gives many implied odds

Preflop is OK.
Flop is ok as well.
I would check behind OTT, mainly because I do not think we will get called OTR if the flush hits. He might decide to hero call behind here with a pair, then fold when a flush comes, and the hands that pay off a shove on the river when we hit a flush want to get all-in OTT as well. If we check behind he might be tempted to bluff the river.

this is very interesting. we should take a moment to think about villain's likely check/raising range here...
- 2pair+
- straight draws
- flush draws
- garbage?

most of villain's draws become either a pair+draw or combodraw on the turn, so if we bet the turn it's a mandatory bet on the river. villain might also check some of his 2pair+ range on the turn for various reasons (probably mostly bad ones), so our fold equity might not be great.
the good part is that we can rep a lot of nutted hands, but that might not matter against many opponents.

if we check and if villain checks the river, we should probably bet, though we can get herocalled by the pair+draw part of that range some % of the time. however, that still seems reasonable enough.

I prefer to check-3bet OTF. It shows lots of strength and I like bluffing here. Call is meh.
As played, check back turn should be ok. You have mainly draws, but I also wouldn't mind bet turn and river on scare cards.

I don't care about knowing villain, you are not here to hold his hand lol. Neither mine. Just watch yours and see it's not worth a flop reraise not even closing the action.
And go date zeto if you feel so lonely. Only him is gonna understand all your sweet words.
