Preflop your hand is good for a call.
Turn bet is too much. You bluff 3b preflop and cbet flop with the idea to make him fold. Our of that you should stop investing as it gets too expensive.

I appreciate the effort post-flop, it's not the worst board to bluff him out, though you need to acknowladge that if he calls a 3bet and a cbet it's not considered wise to shoot another barrel with almost nothing.

Preflop my calling range here is wider, so this hand would be a call for me. I would start 3bet bluffing weaker hands like T7s.
On the flop you can indeed cbet but checking should be fine too. I would cbet backdoors that have nut potential and check the rest.
Turn bet is also too much. We probably don't have that much fold equity. I would barrel turn if we pick up extra equity.
There are no obvious draws and villain called your 3bet pre and flop+turn cbets. I think betting river would be bad in this situation.

I'd call here preflop too. By 3betting and getting a call we know we are behind in equity. Once called OTF villain will have enough equity to call turn card too. We indeed should not invest more after flop.

Cbetting turn would really be too much and you can play x/f on turn and river.
