Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♠9♠:

Preflop: Is my raise good or is it to loose? Maybe I should just limp that kind of hand?

Flop: I should probably bet little higher

Turn: Is there any sense in betting if he called the flop? This guy is calling station so I don't think he is ever folding anything that he called a flop with, additionally there is second flushdraw possible, so I think I should check the turn.

River: He leads on card that completes the flush. Is there any value in raising if we got J-high flush?

Untill the river you played it fine. On the river I would shove for sure for value against a loose passive player. I expect he will call at least with 2 pair or better. if he has a better flush it's to bad, but I doubt he will raise the turn with a draw.

Cheers,

I agree with all of your decisions except I would have ¾ or pot bet the flop. There is no way that I would shove the River when Villain may have a Queen high or Ace high flush to beat your Jack high. You showed fine poise in not overplaying your Jack high flush.

Nice hand overall.
Flop sizing is exploitable. If you know he is a station, then it is ok.

I also prefer to continue OTT. There are still some scary cards (A,Q, hearts). The other reason is you build a nice pot when river completes you draw. The downside is being check/raised when you have a pair and a flushdraw. IP you probably have to call and it will be a reverse implied odds spot OTR when he check/raises a better flushdraw and you both hit.
He doesn't really have sets. KK/JJ are unlikely, 22 too. Only set he has is 77. So bet/call OTT is ok overall I'd say.

River is interesting. He did fold out the weakest part of your range with the the turn check/raise (despite the size). The thing is that he should bet all his bluffs when river is a scary card. So probably the are some merits in block betting with showdown value. For instance, if you fold a set here his river bet is +EV.
As played, raising OTR will be isolating against better. Calling is my choice too.
Remember you also have all the better flushes in your range. JJ, KK, 77, maybe 22 are calls as well.

I'm betting more on the flop because I also would do that for protection if I hit a K. I'm checking behind the turn because, as you mentioned, he likely won't fold much in this spot, so I'm happy to take the free card. On the river, as played, I jam it in. You disguised your flushdraw well by betting on turn; I think he's likely to show up with worse than you have more than he also has the flush, along with a sizable range that will just fold where the decision doesn't matter.

well i don´t raise 4BB pre ... the minreraise on the turn from Villian(Co) makes less sense to me. I probably would "minreraise/callany" the River or shove all IN (with knowing this stats :p) - he probably brokes KJ and any set 77 22 (JJ) T8in spades (and if you minreraise call probobaly some random bluffs

KQs and KJs in hearts(+K7s) 77,22 could mincheckraise the Turn (in my eyes) and KJo ;)
(and wired played AA, KK, JJ) - no sense too

--> yeah you probably should, but if you play it like this and you call then you probably have to raise the River for Value because minreraising the "nutflushdraw" (in spades) makes less sense for villian .. so that also means your J might be a easy fold in the River :)

not sure about the turn, don't think you get the odds to call, maybe with implied odds since if he is a station... (sample is still small)
the 4bb raise PF looks pretty standard to me.
