Should I raise or flatcall or fold? I think I am behind a set often and if I get it heads-up it's -EV for me.

Shove. Against MP3 you have the equity you need after his raise even if you get HU and if SB tags along even better

VNH and SHOVE..


Likely Mp3 would would also raise there with overpair and even sometimes he would raise/fold against shove.
SB likely doesn´t have anything, so I think shove is fine.
