There are too many people in flop, is better follow passive line?

I would just start betting there. You might have the best hand and you probably get some calls from weaker hands.

When multiway, you can start betting from flop. You make weakerhands call and you do not give the opponents free cards.

I'd bet the turn generally. River is fine as played.
