Is the river over bet for value? Maybe 2 pair calls? I'd call turn and check river.

You could try to Cbet bluff the flop. You can try to represent top pair or better.
Noramally I would raise at least 2,5x pre-flop from UTG.

As played you have 8 outs for a straight. Call seems reasonable, but if I hit the straight a half pot seems big enough.
Especially against a nit it will be tough to get value on a 4 straight board.

This overbet on river is really really bad. Your range doesnt want this - he has more sets and flushes in range. Also you shouldnt have QJ. Your hand also doesnt want to be this large as your main customer are two pairs and sets(88?).

I would just rangebet this board 1/3th pot and barrel this turn and probably go for thin value on the river.
