Fold on the flop is not an option unless his stats are about 10/1. I dont see the point raising him, u block FD with K♥: especially your deep, pot cotrol is highly recommended. On A♥: if he bets big you've got easy decision

Call on flop seems reasonable.
On turn if he bets you have to fold as he is not bluffing.

I would make it a bit bigger preflop, at least 2,40. We can't fold the flop, given the preflop action and his stats and I think calling and shoving are both fine. If we call, I don't think we can check/fold the turn that easily because we will have pot odds of 26%. We wouldn't like to see an ace or a heart on the turn. On this turn card we will have 24% of equity against QQ,77-66,AQs,AQo, but it would still be a check/fold, imo.

Shoving is no good because his value range is presumably bigger than his semi-bluff range. Shoving also effectively removes his air-bluffing range if he has one. Call flop. Turn is then, with the nfd, a trivial decision based on the pot odds we are presented with.
