KK turn decision

I agree you should call the turn and reevaluate on the river. Folding a hand as strong as KK here is a mistake.

Indeed and you get insane odds as well. Villain is betting only 50c in a pot of $4,07.
If villain would use a bigger sizing a fold seems more reasonable with only 2 outs to improve.

1. I would 4bet a lot bigger. Min 3bet usually is sign of weaker player and so his calling to 4bet range will not be that elastic. You make it 1.25$ and he will calls with identical range.
2. No way ever fold on turn. You need to be good only 10% of time and he can easily bet Qx/88-JJ this way to get cheap showdown.

He probably block bets so you wont bet river as wel, so obvious. He is afraid thats why he bets, he doenst know where he is now and block bets you so you wont bet the river. He probably has Qx here or even worse, so he wants to see the free showdown.

You do misinterpret the saying that if fish shows agression vs your agression you have to fold. In all posted hands of you you dont show multiple agression, so the rec players think they have the best hand. You mislead them and yourself.

You do mis basics how to play against a rec players. My best advice to you is to read the book easy game part 1 and part 2. Im sorry if my comments seems to be rude, but I mean it good way.
