Why do we shove Turn here ? What hands there are in Villain range that will call your shove ( a decent Villain not this whale ) ?

It's just random. I can go 35% pot on flop, 52% on turn, and then shove river. I can CR flop. I can check/call flop.

Against a fish this seems alright, but I would try to get it in on 3 streets. Especially with the flush blocker the change villain has a decent draw is less likely. Half po on every street is enough to get it in on the river.
