Missed value? [TT]

It's been a while since I commented a hand here

Preflop: he plays like a small pocket pair
Flop: his check-raise looks like a set or unlikely straight. I reraise here to protect against straight(7 or 9 is bad for you).
Turn: half-pot bet oop tells us he has a strong hand but doesn't want to scare you away. KK is unlikely so raise to protect hand.
River: No flush, straight unlikely and higher set unlikely, at NL25 I probably shove.

I think you missed 3 chances on every street.

Lets take a look at this flop raising range, although it's not good to raise the flop for him.

Let's see what he can bet what triple barrels.

Value: 2pair,sets,TPTK -> only sets keep barreling
Bluff: BDFD +GS type of hands, only bluff which keeps barreling is probably Q9s

On the river (even if he has that hand, it's not super likely)

Not sure if missed value, or was it ok to play more passive for pot control and keeping all of his bluffs

i think i would always go all in on the river

i play bottom set like you did, but with top set i always take my chances and try to ship it
i understand why you call though, his value range is like super extremely narrow here while it's easy to give him at least a lot of gs bluffs...

I think once you face a raise on this dry flop anything you do looks strong. I'd probably just call flop raise turn myself.
