I would personally not call the flop.

Not because our pair is not good enough, it often is. Simply because it's not quite good enough to raise and there will be a lot of shitty cards on turn and river that we will hate to call down on.

Flop: Rather fold it here, his Bet size is also towards stronger and seems like he wants to protect his hand.

As played
Turn: Raise it for protection, most likely towards pot size or a bit less.

As played
River: Not even sure how much you have beat here cause his Bet size is also towards stronger, doubt that he is betting just Ax this way for value. Not even sure if he bets QJ like this.
