Preflop call is fine, although hand is relatively not that strong in this situation.

The issue ---> Opponent may potentially only be 3betting KK+ here. Even if opponent is 3betting a little wider say QQ+/AK, there is a chance he doesn't cbet AK on the flop.
If either of these are true then we can't call the flop cbet.

We can only call the flop cbet if villain both has combos of AK (or worse) in his pf 3betting range AND decides to cbet them.

But assuming villain really is aggressive he may have some bluffs. I recommend call flop and fold turn here. It's not a great 2barrel bluff card for villain so he may have his value range pretty frequently when he fires this turn.

Do you have stats / notes on villain?

Before we can really know what line is optimal, we need to consider:

1. If villain flat calls most of his Ts preflop.
2. If villain's 3bet range is linear or polarized.

If he's 3betting aggressively in a linear fashion, turn fold seems good because his range has plenty of feasible Ts in it, as well as his big premium pairs (QQ+). Given he'd barrel spade broadways like AsKs rather infrequently on this turn and given that you block only his JT I'd say his range is weighted towards value.

However if his 3bet range is more polarized and he's flatting most of his Ts, I think we can call down because he has some spade broadways, and maybe some air too since you can't have many Ts in your range and will probably find a fold on the river with anything but.

Hard to know without reads / notes etc. if villain is the type of player to think like this though.

With little reads I'd say fold turn because neither situation is very +EV for you when you call.

Because of the sample size I would not go so deep in assigning ranges.

3bet is rather high that allows us to defend less often.
The postflop line has most likely only bluff combo that is AK of spades and the rest are KK+
Usually people are bluff catching river with A high or medium pp's.
