I bet small to make it look like a steal, Villain is calling a very large range here. He only folds to steal 38% (11). Thus, his range has many cards that dont include Ace or Jacks. I cbet flop, he floats here often because he is not respecting me much, this is why I cbet turn again. if he reraises any of my Cbets I fold here.
In many spots I might even say that just Check/Folding is better on turn if I expect the opponent to Call loose vs me even with Jx and most likely with draws. But that would mainly depend how you saw the opponent and what other stats you had on him.
