Poker Stars, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 9 Players

MP3: $4.27 (42.7 bb)
CO: $4 (40 bb)
Hero (BTN): $10.02 (100.2 bb)
SB: $6.13 (61.3 bb)
BB: $16.56 (165.6 bb)
UTG+1: $6.46 (64.6 bb)
UTG+2: $4.67 (46.7 bb)
MP1: $14.48 (144.8 bb)
MP2: $10 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with A 8
6 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, SB calls $0.25, BB folds

Flop: ($0.70) Q J J (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.40, SB calls $0.40

Turn: ($1.50) 6 (2 players)
SB bets $0.80, Hero calls $0.80

River: ($3.10) T (2 players)
SB bets $3.40, Hero???

The turn i think it was a standard CBET, since I have FD

But on the turn, the donkbet if the villian show some srength, but I think I dah goos implied odds to call and win a big pot if the flush hits.

On the river it was a normal fold.

But the question is, was the call ok on the turn? or should I fold?

The villian was uknown.

I think you can call the turn. You get pretty decent odds.

The only thing to keep in mind is that you can't really raise the river against a strong bet. You have too much fold equity, even against trips, and his calling range will mostly just be FHs.

As I wrote on the first post, my main question is about the call on the turn,

The river I think it's easy fold, as I did. The question marks is an habit of posting hands :)

Hello Kony76,

The problem with turn is that you might easily have reversed implied odds there. I'd rather be willing to leave the pot alone there than Call, don't expect to be ahead and nor we don't know what to do on the river.

You may put yourself into a spot where you hit on the river and then raise and then he 3bets you and afterwards decide to go broke. Though you will rarely see anything worse hand FH.

Best Regards.
