What do you think about such play? Should I just fold after the raise?

After the flop has come down you should treat your hand as trash as you've only got a gutshot with 4 outs.

You done the correct thing with only 1 opponent which is to cbet about 2/3 of the pot but when the re-raise comes behind you i would fold.

I would push this one as it gives you 3.42:1 to Push/Call

If you can count yourself 6 outs you need 3,1:1 so its +EV
Gutshot = 4, 2 overcards in this case = 3 or 4?

Even if you count 2 outs for your overcards your still in a safe spot so you did well. Well played!

Two overs + gutshot I usually count as a big draw, so your bet/call line is most likely ok.
