What's the optimal line here on the turn? How does that influence our decision on river?

The turn doesn't changge the board much so he's not likely to fold and your most likely behind so I prefer check behind. And bet river if it completes flush or a Q.

If I bet turn I bet river too.

Easy and simple rule, don't try to bluff a loose opponent. :) So I'd Check behind on the turn.
