I decided to checkraise here, because I wanted to see his action first (his small raise made me suspicious), and also because I would also sometimes try to bluff here, especialy on such a small cbet. Is this line profitable?

Hi farbwenz,

I'm assuming we know nothing about villain besides the stack size.

Considering his small flop cbet I don't mind raising for value but I wouldn't make it as big. I'd make it at most 18-20bb. We want to keep his range as wide as possible, not just Ax (and this board is very dry).

Even we raise smaller we can still ship the turn if we wanted to.
