Flop: Raise/Fold flop to find out if your J is good enough.
Turn: If the villain called your raise and still keeps shooting the bullets just fold the hand.

River: As you played, I would fold on the river, no point to look on the villains hand or either give information about your calling range hand pretty sure you are behind.
