I'd re-raise to $1.50 on preflop, bet like $2.60 on the flop and all-in on the turn.

Preflop is fine imo. But u have one Problem. If u raise to 2$, u´ll have a "weird" PSR. I don´t see how u can make a final decision on the flop without overbetting it. That´s why i would raise to 1,60$
On the flop i bet something around 2,8$. I don´t expect him to have the FD, but if so, it´s the Nut-FD and he will call my bet for sure.
On the other side i´m not betting for protection, but for value.

This Line would leave u with something like 5,40$ in a 8,60$ on the Turn. The Turn-Card is almost a blank. I would push here

Bet more on the flop, around 3$, possibly more since you have a read that villain is a calling station (he'll call big bets easily, so you can bet bigger for value and protection). On the turn, you have less than a potsize bet, so simply push all-in. By betting small you're giving very good odds and implied odds (since you'll stack off on any river)
