According to the SSS guide it's a shove. (We treat the OESD has a made hand,
and 2/3*(pot size) = 2/3* 1.4$ = 0.933$ which is more then half of you stack [0.933 > 1/2* 1.3])

You only have to worry about someone having a K imo and if he has that you can maybe count your 2 outer as well in the equation giving you a 40% equity. Plus you are shoving giving you additional FE which makes your play profitable in the long run
