Usually preflop i could go with a 3b vs his ft3b% being 40% however his 4b% was 40% so i decided a coldcall pre was the best play here.

OTF my plan was to cr, partly because a ton of his range misses this board and its a board he will cbet alot. Also, i have a backdoor flushdraw + straight draw + overs to his pps. Also i can rep a J here with almost all Jbroadway hands i call w here.

anyways when villain checks back I decide to stab turn since i pick up a straight draw. I think his range OTT is pretty capped since i believe a J would atleast bet when there is a flushdraw on board OTF. therefore when he calls the turn (doesnt raise - probably no J still) I decide to fire river aswell. All draws missed and i believe i can get all 5x, 66,77,88, AcXc to fold so i fire another barrel.

Also i decided to make my turn sizing a bit on the small side since thought i often had to fire twice here to make my bluff cheaper and his range on the river i bluff vs wider.

I was a bit uncertain about my resoning so i would appreciate any feedback.
Regards,
Rainbow

Hi,

Sometimes mixing up and just calling is fine, but I would most of the times 3-bet KQs for value, since it plays well postflop and he may easily call with worse Kx, Qx hands.
I think c/c flop makes a little more sense than c/r.
You often have flop the best hand and you don´t have too many Jx hands your pre-flop calling range. Also players would expect more often you to just c/c trips on dry board.
As played: I like your turn bet and since flush completed very standard river bluff.
If river was blank I would likely overbet to represent Jx+ and get fold all the worse hands than 9x

best regards,
