I would fold... calling would be very agressive for NL100... and of course I dont believe the texas grabem stats (looks like a samplesize of 3 hands)
I also fold this very often on NL400+ because 42% EQ is a lot.
I would only call, if he do this min3-bet very often and I have a good playable hand, like a SC.
77+ A8s+ KJs+ QJs+ A9o, KQo and I think this is already a loose 3-bet range on nl100. most think he will only call.
