We give the SB a Raise Range of 28%:
22+, A2s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, A2o+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo
I think this is realistic.

Against this Range, you have 45% Equity.
So i would push it

You can think all you like but you have to be able to come up with some sort of strategy to counter a lot of open-shoving on the flop from villain.

I would fold... calling would be very agressive for NL100... and of course I dont believe the texas grabem stats (looks like a samplesize of 3 hands)

I also fold this very often on NL400+ because 42% EQ is a lot.

I would only call, if he do this min3-bet very often and I have a good playable hand, like a SC.

77+ A8s+ KJs+ QJs+ A9o, KQo and I think this is already a loose 3-bet range on nl100. most think he will only call.

you think its too aggressive to push because we have no good Foldequity ?

I think i 'm too loose in steal and blindvsblind situations and i am loosing money here.

also fold 75% to steal could be a good value.

Be pointing out that if you push he calls with quite possibly any pair or better ace. If you take it down after pushing you win a small pot, if he calls you will probably lose a big one.

Fwiw I fold here, too many times dominated and I like playing ABC poker. Game theory is about decisions. The fewer and more simple, the more profitable you will be.

but Theory is: You put your opponent on a Range and look if you have the needed equity with your HoldingHand against this Range.

That's the theory certainly, having said that I don't think the range is correct anywho. Would the SB really make a mine 3-bet OOP knowing he is giving good odds to call vs an SS with A2?

I prefer this range, 44+, A7o+, KT+, QTo+, JTo, A7s+, KTs+, JTs which gives 40.9% < 42% and therefore I call/fold pre. AllizdoR's range is even tighter than this.

I prefer to use the 10.5:3 pot odds, being as though the odds of hitting a pair on the flop are better than this. If you pair any card on most boards I believe you will be ahead.
