I don't thing that with JJ you must play raise/call in a CO vs. BU battle
3bet/ fold seem better

Playing OOP with your hand gives you only chance to play for big pots without information and if you play check/raise on this kind of boards and he shove 3 bet even with air you must fold.
Thus your playing for set value with very good hand

calling preflop is fine ( even better with this stacksizes) . as played i dont like check raising because you will get it in against the better part of his range that mostly crushes you(tt+). i would call flop and reevaluate turn (probably fold because i dont think his able to barrel again if hes hand isnt better)
