You definitely have to raise on the turn. Second heart comes and you still facing two opponents, plus by calling that 1xBB bet you miss a lot of value and give him free river card. Calling makes no sense because you have really strong hand to build the pot and go broke on the river.

Hello bhstaljin,

Flop: Just raise it right here, when he has the Ace he is going to pay you off more likely.

As played
Turn: Definitely raise it here, no way I am going to Call such a small bet.

As played if turn was Called
River: Nothing much you can do, he may as well min-raise here with 2pairs so I am also going to Bet/Call or either shove, depending on the reads.
