I would have bet small, get some val from worse A or K. I would also check if I think an player would bet his missed draw.

both lines are possible, bet or c/c (or even c/r) vs busted draws and worse twopair which bet.

i think that in this specific hand valuebetting is clearly better though, and i would be tending to bet big (like 2/3+).
he is not fully stacked and we have pretty much the nuts, so we want good value from anything that he wants to get to the showdown with. he has enough of worse aces/worse twopair which can call us.

you could also bet a bit bigger on previous streets, then would even be able to ship the river.
